Michigan AFC Playbook ("we," "us") is operated by Ecentury Appraisal Services, LLC, 3034 Hawthorne Dr, Flint, MI 48503. This policy explains what information we collect through openanafchome.com, our payment pages and our phone line, (810) 428-1343, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and, for Strategy Calls, your phone number. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you call or text: your phone number, your name and email if you share them, the details of your message, and a recording or summary of the call made by our automated phone assistant.
• When you visit the website: basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought and send your receipt.
• To schedule and hold Strategy Calls, answer your questions and return your messages.
• To text you a checkout link when you ask for one on the phone.
• To let you know when a product you asked about becomes available, if you asked to hear about it.
• To keep records required for taxes and accounting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only as needed:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Our phone and text provider (HighLevel and its telephone carriers) handles calls, texts and call summaries.
• Google hosts the files you download.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

We only text you when you ask us to, for example to send a checkout link or schedule your call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

How we protect it

Payments run through Stripe's secure checkout. Our accounts with service providers are protected by passwords and limited to people who need access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting (810) 428-1343 or writing to the address above. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.

Children

This site and our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
